Complaints

We understand that when things can go wrong and this can be very unsettling and upsetting.
We recommend you contact us in the first instance.

Our senior admin team will investigate your complaint and report back to you. If we need to escalate your complaint to the Management / Directorial level we will advise you accordingly.

If you feel you need to take your complaint further, you have the right to contact the Health and Disability Advocacy Service by calling 0800 555 050 or via the https://www.hdc.org.nz/ website.
