Booking an appointmetn on-line

Appointments are now booked on-line, providing more options and availability 

Anteris appointments are made using our secure on-line patient portal.
You will receive an automated booking invitation which will direct you to log into our secure on-line patient portal. 

If you have ordered a prescription on-line from us, you will already have used our portal which has now been expanded to provide our clients with autonomy over making their own bookings.

Once you receive your booking invitation from us, you will be able to follow the link within that message, alternatively you can navigate to our portal via our website.
 
Use you first legal name and surname to lg in, along with your date of birth and either email or cellphone number.    Our system will check these details against what we have recorded for and send a one-time password to your email or cellphone.

Use this password to access the portal where you will be able to select the appointment booking, taking you to your consultant's calendar of availability.

Navigate through the calendar using the arrow keys until you see an available date that suits your schedule and select your preferred time from those available.  Select the doxy (online consult) button before clicking to confirm your selection.

Make your payment via our secure on-line payment system and your appointment is secured for you.

If for any reason you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as early as possible and we can refund your payment to you.  
NOTE: cancellations made less than 2 business days prior to the date/time of the appointment are likely to incur fees
